Must call 707-365-3865 to check availability prior to putting down a deposit as deposits are non-refundable.  If cancellation is 24 hours out, the deposit can be applied to a new reservation.  If you do not show up for your reservation or cancellation is within 24 hours of rental, deposit is forfeited
